Community Outreach Services
Outreach services provide adults living with severe mental illness the opportunity to manage their illness through supportive counseling; housing and vocational assistance; family support; medication education; and crisis intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life.

Chris has learned to take control of his recovery and improve his interpersonal relationships. His strong desire to progress spurs him to overcome worry-causing interactions such as communicating needs to his doctor, or working out difficulties with his boss in the prevocational
program.
Partial Care Programs
Partial care programs provide consumers with the support needed to reduce or prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community. Services include: group and individual counseling, case management, daily living skills, psychiatric support, medication monitoring, social skill-building, pre-vocational training, and specialized psycho-educational groups for unique populations.

Residential Services
Residential services provide community-based living for adults living with severe mental illness and/or a developmental disability who have been hospitalized for a minimum of 6 months at a state psychiatric hospital. Programs focus on responsibility and encourage consumers to develop the life skills necessary to sustain successful community living.
