Holiday Help from GM
Every December, Twin Oaks hosts our Holiday Giving Drive which collects and distributes thousands of gifts to families in need. This time around, we had some BIG help from GM! GM loaned us a Chevy Traverse AND a Chevy Suburban to help us with toy drive pick ups. The vehicles were easy to drive, had lots of cargo space and were so beneficial for our team!
We nicknamed the silver Chevy Traverse GM loaned us ‘Silver Belles’. She was a beautiful crossover with comfortable heated seats that hugged us as we headed out to pick up toys.

The Chevy Suburban became our go-to vehicle for large toy pick ups.

It was great to zoom around in such a technology advanced vehicle. It came equipped with a back up cam, a remote ignition and a DVD player. But what was our favorite feature? The heated steering wheel for those cold December days!
