Welcome to Twin Oaks Community Services
On January 1, 2012 Family Service and Steininger Behavioral Care Services merged to form Twin Oaks Community Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults, children and families throughout New Jersey. Twin Oaks provides over 100 behavioral health programs designed to meet the needs of our community with compassion.
